High Court Peshawar has issued Minutes of the Minutes in which it was principally agreed to upgrade or allowed personal upgration to :-
- Those Employees who have no proper structure.
- Those Employees who have proper structure, but have minimum prospoect of promotion, owing to which many employees spend more than required years to promot.
The policy was issued on January 09, 2026.
